5 Clean and jerk (145)
20 Rope pulls
4 Clean and jerk (165)
15 Rope pulls
3 Clean and jerk (185)
10 Rope pulls
2 Clean and jerk (205)
5 Rope pulls
1 Clean and jerk (225)

Scale the weight as needed and post time to comments.

    Weight range 65-105lbs; finished in 25 mins. First round on my own – I feel motivated! Still need to work on form; had to reset on a couple clean & jerks, but I feel confident I am learning.
