Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups (sub 6 pullups & 6 dips or see me for muscle ups)
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

    5 rounds. Some HSPU were assisted. However, I got 9 HSPU (+ 9 PR). KBS Rx’d. Subbed 6x MU progressions for the 2 MU. Stopped at 15:52 ran out of time. Appointment.

  2. 11 rounds + 2 muscle ups and 1 handstand pushup, Rx’ed. That is a 2 round PR!
