135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps


For time:
Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed.

    So let me start off by saying, I just started crossfit thinking it would be easy because I do lift a bit and thought that a clean and jerk for 30 reps would be easy. My god was I wrong!! I only did 95 lbs but my time was 9:35
